Built-in Initialize Data Parameters

SCOOSP is using some bulit-in Initilaize Data Parameters, to provide some Special Informations to the Runbook.

Each Runbook Type provides different Parameters, see this List for more Details.

Request New Runbook:

  • InitiatedBy (Username of User which started the Request)
  • Service (Name of the Service / Request from SCOOSP)
  • TargetUserId (Username of selected User)
  • RequestId (ID of Request) (since SCOOSP v 2.4.878)

Request Info Runbook:

  • InitiatedBy (Username of User which started the Request)
  • Service (Name of the Service / Request from SCOOSP)
  • TargetUserId (Username of selected User) (since 2.3)

Request Approval Runbook:

  • InitiatedBy (Username of User which started the Request)
  • Service (Name of the Service / Request from SCOOSP)
  • TargetUserId (Username of selected User)
  • ApproverUserId (Username of Approval User)
  • RequestId (ID of Request) (since SCOOSP v 2.4.878)

Service Info Runbook:

  • TargetUserId (Username of selected User)
  • Service (Name of the Service / Request from SCOOSP)

Service Remove Runbook:

  • InitiatedBy (Username of User which started the Request)
  • Service (Name of the Service / Request from SCOOSP)
  • TargetUserId (Username of selected User)

Service Change Runbook:

  • InitiatedBy (Username of User which started the Request)
  • Service (Name of the Service / Request from SCOOSP)
  • TargetUserId (Username of selected User)
